Your appointments are very important at Waxed By Mirka and are reserved especially for you. That being said, a mutual respect of time is expected. A 10 minute late grace period is allowed for all services after that time period you will be charged a fee. No kids or extra guests allowed. Late appointments, last minute reschedules / cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of the service scheduled. No call no shows will result in a fee of 100%. Multiple no call no shows will result in not being able to book in the future. While I do understand that sometimes things can come up, please make sure to give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule / cancel. By booking you agree to these terms.
